Add this line to your application's Gemfile:
gem 'kolor-picker'
And then execute:
bundle
Or install it yourself as:
gem install kolor-picker
Make sure you required jQuery and add the following to /app/assets/javascripts/application.js:

You can use colorpicker_tag and colorpicker.
