New Website “Is It Really FOSS?” Tracks Transparency in Open Source Distribution Models

=== Overview The Langtag class represents IETF Language Tags as a subclass of String that provides read/write access to specific parts of a language tag, such as language, script, region, and so on, as well as well-formedness checks and some other simple operations.
