Rumale is a machine learning library in Ruby.
Rumale::NeuralNetwork provides classifiers and regression algorithms based on multi-layer perceptron,
radial basis function network, and random vector functional link network in the Rumale interface.

## Installation

Add this line to your application's Gemfile:

```ruby
gem 'rumale-neural_network'
```

And then execute:

    $ bundle install

Or install it yourself as:

    $ gem install rumale-neural_network
