Generate gems with custom dependencies, and templates

## Installation

Add this line to your application's Gemfile:

```ruby
gem 'skelegem'
```

And then execute:

    $ bundle

Or install it yourself as:

    $ gem install skelegem

## Usage

    skelegem [master●●] % skelegem
    Commands:
      skelegem edit            # edit gemspec
      skelegem help [COMMAND]  # Describe available commands or one specific command
      skelegem new             # create a new gem
      skelegem version         # print out the app version
