## Quick start

you need a `.env` in the root directory like :

```
API_PORT=12345
POSTGRES_DB=shorter_url
POSTGRES_USER=yourUser
POSTGRES_PASSWORD=yourPassword
```

Then use `docker-compose up -d`

Once running, the API documentation (swagger) is available at this url : http://localhost:${API_PORT}/swagger/index.html
