An app to make shorter URL
you need a .env in the root directory like :
API_PORT=12345
POSTGRES_DB=shorter_url
POSTGRES_USER=yourUser
POSTGRES_PASSWORD=yourPassword
Then use docker-compose up -d
Once running, the API documentation (swagger) is available at this url : http://localhost:${API_PORT}/swagger/index.html
