# modist

`modist` is a small utility to create and query Go (Golang)
[modules](https://go.dev/wiki/Modules) files, mostly in a Linux rpm distribution
context. It was written to better understand the requirements of a [Fedora
Linux](https://fedoraproject.org) Go switch to module mode.

It is currently experimental, very lightly tested, feature-incomplete and
probably partly broken. It may grow into something more serious, or not.

We hope you will find it useful.
