@0no-co/typescript.js is an experimental library, providing the minimal
exports from the typescript.js library (aka typescript/lib/typescript.js).
It only provides the basic exports that are needed to run the TypeScript compiler and type checker and has been stripped of its additional utilities aggressively. More exports may be removed as we go.
