A class for loading, verifying, and creating plugins. Used by DocPad for years.
Create your project:
mkdir my-projectcd my-projectCreate your plugin:
mkdir myplugin
cd myplugin
npm init
index.js to:

Create your plugin loader:
mkdir myapp
