express 를 이용한 RestAPI 를 만들기 위한 기본 라이브러리 이다. 유저를 관리하는 기본 테이블 및 게시판 테이블을 연동하는 GRPC 모듈도 같이 포함 하고 있다.
core, board 에서 사용하는 proto 파일이 업데이트 되면, proto 로 생성된 js, ts 파일을 여기에도 같이 복사 되어, 소스의 버전을 동일하게 유지 해야 한다.
