Initializing the Stargate Client

Use getSigningdydxprotocolClient to get your SigningStargateClient, with the proto/amino messages full-loaded. No need to manually add amino types, just require and initialize the client:

Creating Signers

To broadcast messages, you can create signers with a variety of options:

Amino Signer

Likely you'll want to use the Amino, so unless you need proto, you should use this one:

Developing

When first cloning the repo:

npm install

Codegen

Our protos live in v4-proto which is included as a submodule of this repo. When running git checkout, we recommend using the --recurse-submodules flag to initialize and checkout the submodule. You can also consider setting git config --global submodule.recurse to make this a default for all git commands. Additional help for using submodules can be found on notion.

Once the submodule is initialized properly, run the following command for codegen. It uses the Telescope config in scripts/codegen.js.

npm run codegen

Publishing

Build the types and then publish:

npm run build:ts
npm run publish
