format descriptor for React elements, making them serializible.

## Usage

Install from npm:

```
$ npm install --save @effecful/serialization-react
```

Import to some module, e.g. with ES imports:

```javascript
import "@effectful/serialization-react"
```

or with CommonJS

```javascript

require("@effectful/serialization-react")
```

After the import is executed react elements are serializable.
