## Usage

## API

### `var hash = murmur3Hash(buf, seed)`

Murmur3 hash `buf` with initial `seed`. Seed must be a valid 32-bit integer, and
`buf` must be a `Buffer` or `Uint8Array`. Returns a 32-bit integer.
