Custom plugin and rules for the loveholidays react projects

This implements the following rules, check the docs folder to know more:

## Updating

Please add a [tag](https://git-scm.com/book/en/v2/Git-Basics-Tagging) for a new version and use that when referring to this in the package.json of the host application
