  This resolves the outdated caniuse-lite warning that appeared when using lightningcss without affecting CSS output or requiring snapshot updates.

• Fix Cannot find module '@pandacss/preset-base' error when using Bun or other package managers that use flat node_modules structures.

• Style Context (Solid) Fix issue where withProvider does not properly provide context leading to runtime errors when wrapping headless component libraries like Ark UI.

• Style Context (Solid) Refactor withProvider and withContext types to ensure required props are properly extracted from the component props.
• Improve static CSS generation performance with wildcard memoization. Token lookups for wildcard (*) expansions are now cached, providing ~32% faster processing for large configs with wildcards.
