These are all available environment variables:

* **PLURALL_ENV**: Environment to make the request (staging|production) - *default staging*
* **PLURALL_TIMEOUT**: Time to wait before timeout (ms) - *default 20000*
* **DEBUG**: Enable / disable debug mode (true|false) - *default false*
