Usage

This package uses the following letters for compacting numbers:

  13: 'T', // 1,000,000,000,000 -> 1T

  19: 'q', // 1,000,000,000,000,000,000 -> 1q
  22: 'S', // 1,000,000,000,000,000,000,000 -> 1S
  25: 's', // 1,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000 -> 1s

compactNumber(num, zeroDecimal)

Compacts a number using an letter.

Parameters

  • num: Number: The number to compact.
  • zeroDecimal: Boolean: Whether or not to include a .0 at the end of a number.

Example

compactNumber(1000000, false);
// "1M"

compactNumber(1500000, false);
// "1.5M"

compactNumber(2000000, true);
// "2.0M"

compactMiniNumber(num)

Compacts a number, with support for the K (1,000) unit.

Parameters

  • num: Number: The number to compact.

Example

compactMiniNumber(1000000);
// "1M"

compactMiniNumber(1500);
// "1.5K"

compactTime(seconds)

Compacts seconds to days, hours, minutes, and seconds.

Parameters

  • seconds: Number: The amount of seconds.

Examples

// "14288 Days 23 Hours 31 Minutes 30 Seconds"
