An alternative plugin to `@tapjs/typescript`. Load typescript
tests using
[`@esbuild-kit/cjs-loader`](https://github.com/esbuild-kit/cjs-loader)
and
[`@esbuild-kit/esm-loader`](https://github.com/esbuild-kit/esm-loader)
instead of [`ts-node`](https://github.com/TypeStrong/ts-node).
