First build panda

Then link panda into treelab-client
cd path/to/treelab-panda-v3
yarn link
cd path/to/treelab-client
yarn link @treelab/panda
Restart treelab-client
in order for the linked panda package to be properly included in the build.
Currently we don't do any automated/unit testing.
All published versions can be found on npmjs.com
Latest code can be built and published as an npm package using the Create new release and publish to npm GitHub action. Please carefully choose a semantic version when executing Run workflow
such that it is higher than the previous version published.
