Ember modifiers wrapping Browser Observers (Mutation, Resize, etc.)
This package contains an Ember addon implementing modifiers that allow Emberistas to react to changes in the components DOM, and when it is resized. It wraps the browser's MutationObserver and ResizeObserver in Ember Services, and provides an Ember Modifier for each service for convenience
