The Arrow administration website for use with an Arrow project.
To develop locally, use:
$ grunt run
Once started, this will watch changes to CSS, JS, etc. files and re-load them so that you don't have to re-start the server for each change.
Before publishing to NPM, make sure that you do a grunt to build the dist directory so that the compiled files are available in the package.
