Installation

Node JS

npm install brukerconverter

Use as a module

####Node JS As brukerconverter could be used to convert bruker files from a zip file by the use of fileListFromZip from filelist-utils package.

const { convertFileList } = require('brukerconverter');
const { fileListFromZip } = require('fileCollection-utils');
const { getZipped } = require('bruker-data-test');

async function asyncCall(zip) {
  const fileCollection = await fileListFromZip(zip);
  const result = await convertFileList(fileCollection);
  console.log(result);
  //...{ spectra, meta, source }
}

asyncCall(getZipped());

It is possible to use the converter if you have a path of the bruker folder by the use of fileListFromPath from filelist-utils package.

const { getCoffee } = require('bruker-data-test');
const { convertFileList } = require('brukerconverter');
const { fileListFromPath } = require('filelist-utils');

async function asyncCall(path) {
  const fileCollection = await fileListFromPath(path);
  const result = await convertFileList(fileCollection);
