Creates an RFC compliant email date header.

Example

var emailDateHeader = require('email-date-header');
var today = new Date();// 'Sat Jun 28 2014 00:09:33 GMT-0700 (MST)'
var header = emailDateHeader(today);

header.name === 'Date';// true
header.value === '28 Jun 2014 00:09:33 -0700';// true

A note about timezones

Javascript Date converts the offset of a given date object to system settings so your results may differ across machines. Consider this scenario:

You have a cluster of servers each with their system clocks adjusted to their specific localities spread over the world in some data centers. Your application distributes an email message to send to all your servers. Each has the potential to generate a different header string representing their timezone.
