「スニペットファインダー」と勝手に呼んでいるプラグインっぽいものと組み合わせて使います。
@export-vscode-snippets/snippet-finder-htmlを参照してください。

生成したスニペット設定ファイルはプロジェクトルートに.vscodeフォルダを作成し、その中に置きます。
