Version 1.0.x and 1.7.x has been deprecated in favour of 2.x. The older versions were either incomplete or failing when used.
InlineDB is ready to run with node@>=6.5.0. For development node@>=7.6.0 is required as tests use async functions.
Use BabelJS to use InlineDB in older versions of node.
