This iotclient module can be used in an app to connect to IBM IoT Cloud.
This can be used in both
1. Quickstart flow
2. Registered flow

**Multiple Callbacks for subscriptions**

- Device Event - Subscribe to device events, 
- Device Command - Subscribe to device commands, on the behalf of a device, 
- Device Status - Subscribe to device status 
- Application Status - Subscribe to application status

**Publishing**
- Device Events, on the behalf of a device and 
- Device Commands, for registered devices

Usage
-------

1. Install the package
2. Instantiate the app client
