Imported as 'toggleVisibility', the function must be called with only one argument. The argument must be an HTMLNode. The HTML node is passed to the function, the visibility status of all immediate children are toggled on/off.

Works best when used alongside 'mouseenter' and 'mouseleave' mouse events. Works well with non continuously triggered events such as 'click'. Does not work well with continuous events such as 'mouseover'.
