Gem to work with maxcrm3.heroku.com.

1. gem "maxcrm" in Gemfile
2. setup maxcrm.yml or heroku env (see below)
3. in controller, Maxcrm.send_incident(:user_email=>"gem@example.com",:event_name=>"gave_us_money")

You'll need a maxcrm.yml like this: (or MAXCRM_URL, MAXCRM_USERNAME, MAXCRM_PASSWORD in environment)
