WorkChat Ledger
workchat-ledger
Create local, chronological work reports from an open WhatsApp Web conversation, preserving text, sender labels, dates, times, and available images.
WorkChat Ledger turns the portion of an open WhatsApp Web conversation you choose into a self-contained, chronological work report. It preserves available message text, sender labels, dates, times, and conversation images together in their original context.
Conversation content is processed locally in Firefox. WorkChat Ledger does not upload messages, images, reports, license keys, usage analytics, or browsing activity to Web Vine Studio or to an AI service.
The completed report is downloaded directly to your computer and remains under your control.
The complete add-on includes three successful reports free of charge. A failed capture does not consume a trial report.
After three completed reports, continued use requires a one-time lifetime license purchased from Web Vine Studio. There is no monthly or annual subscription.
Purchasing a license does not require a different add-on download. The signed license key unlocks the same installation and is verified locally inside the add-on.
WorkChat Ledger is designed for desktop Firefox and WhatsApp Web. It does not support the WhatsApp mobile application or Firefox for Android.
WorkChat Ledger can capture only content currently available to WhatsApp Web. It cannot recover deleted messages, expired media, unavailable images, or content that WhatsApp Web does not load.
WorkChat Ledger is a practical documentation utility. It is not a forensic acquisition system, legally certified archive, or replacement for regulated records-management requirements.
WhatsApp is a trademark of its respective owner. WorkChat Ledger is an independent product developed by Web Vine Studio and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by WhatsApp or Meta.
