Yunit – companion language layer

yunit is a small, attentive companion for foreign-language reading. It picks a handful of words on every page you visit and translates them inline, just above the word, so vocabulary travels with you across the web.

yunit is local-first by default. The picker, your vocabulary, and your settings live on your device. Anonymous use never touches our servers.

Optional account

Sign in at yunit.app to back up your vocabulary and sync your settings across devices. Premium adds live multi-device sync and sharper LLM-backed translations. The free tier remains useful without payment.
