ARENA_PRIVATE_KEY is optional — without it the read tools still work and arena_bid explains what it needs. The key never leaves your machine; it signs an EIP-3009 USDC authorization locally.

Bids are final and non-refundable. Taunts are the product: brutal roasts are encouraged; slurs and doxxing are refused before any money moves.
