The background realm owns and reconstructs the system. Popup, side-panel, and content-script realms attach through the existing typed browser-kit worker protocol over a structural extension port.
The host requires an authorize(port) callback. Browser-kit does not infer
sender identity, permissions, or trust from a system identity; those remain
product policy.
