The owner exports its already-resolved system manifest and explicitly registered provider operations. Attached realms construct typed provider proxies, start only their configured actors, and stamp every request with the compatible plan and exact owner-system instance identifiers.
The transport includes request correlation, timeouts, cancellation, structured errors, stale-instance rejection, and the explicit worker shutdown protocol.
