The plugin will transform this into an equivalent regex that does not use the Unicode property escape syntax, allowing it to run in environments that do not support this feature natively.

It is similar to @babel/plugin-transform-unicode-sets-regex but can be used independently of Babel. It provides a function that takes a string (a regular expression pattern) and returns a new string with transformed Unicode property escapes.
This Babel plugin transforms new RegExp() constructors by replacing any patterns that include Unicode property escapes with transpiled versions. It is similar to @babel/plugin-transform-unicode-sets-regex but focuses on RegExp constructors rather than literals.
