Every command accepts --json for programmatic use — this is what the @synapse/mcp-server package shells out to under the hood (and what CI / IDE integrations should use).

Telemetry: anonymous usage events (command, exit code, CLI version, hashed project ID) are sent on first run; opt out per-run with --no-telemetry or permanently with synapse --telemetry-off init.
