ScriptFailures coming out of the evaluateTx command. Before this patch, the client would simply throw undefined when such an error was encountered. They are now properly transcribed as EvaluateTxError.testnet has been removed from the target networks by the Docker workflow; which means that until further notice, there will be no more Docker images pushed for testnet.
