Base URLs:
sandbox → https://api.sandbox.transferwise.techlive → https://api.transferwise.comBearer token. Every request sends Authorization: Bearer ${WISE_API_TOKEN}. Tokens are issued per profile in the Wise dashboard — keep one token per environment (sandbox / live).
