Pi Stats Footer

A Pi extension that replaces the default footer with enhanced session stats.

• Line 1: Project path (last 2 segments) + git branch │ subagent count │ tool call count with top 3 tools
• Line 2: Model name + token usage + cost

Install

pi install npm:@leing2021/pi-stats-footer

The footer activates automatically on every new session. No configuration needed.

How it works

• Listens to tool_call events to count tool usage and subagent invocations
• Uses ctx.ui.setFooter() to replace the default footer
• Re-renders on every tool call for real-time updates
