Create Neodax Web App

Logo

Create Neodax Web apps with no build configuration, based on Next.js.

Create Neodax Web App works on macOS, Windows, and Linux.

You'll need to have Node 16.0.0 or a later version on your local development machine (but it's not required on the server). We recommend using the latest LTS version. You can use nvm (macOS/Linux) or nvm-windows to switch Node versions between different projects.

Creating an App

Using npx

Run the following command in your terminal:

npx @openware/create-neodax-web-app

(npx is a package runner tool that comes with npm 8.1+ and higher)

When prompted, enter the name for your project (e.g., my-app).

This command will create a directory called my-app inside the current folder. Inside that directory, it will generate the initial project structure and install the dependencies.

Once the installation is complete, navigate to your project folder:

cd my-app

Inside the newly created project, you can run some built-in commands:

npm run dev

This command runs the app in development mode. Open http://localhost:3000 to view it in the browser.
