Модуль предоставляет функционал для загрузки и выгрузки артефактов релиза. В частности чейнджлогов и списка релизов.
Модуль полезен если запрещен пуш в мастер либо версионирование строится через теги git'а и не хочется дополнительных
коммитов в мастер.
