npm install -g @versatly/slack-cli
Set one of the following environment variables:
export SLACK_BOT_TOKEN="xoxb-..."
# or
export SLACK_USER_TOKEN="xoxp-..."
The CLI will prefer SLACK_USER_TOKEN for user-scoped commands (status, search).
