stdio bridge to AgentDraft's tenant-administration MCP endpoint.

The bridge speaks newline-delimited JSON-RPC on stdin and forwards it to
https://api.agentdraft.io/mcp. Set AGENTDRAFT_BASE_URL to point at a
local API (http://localhost:8080).
Create the avs_admin_… key in the AgentDraft dashboard under
Settings → Management MCP (Team tier and above). It is shown once.
The hosted endpoint accepts Authorization: Bearer or x-api-key. The
bridge sends the Bearer header and never writes the key to stdout, stderr,
or a log file.
Safety model: no admin-key self-management, no money movement, no permanent
agent or workspace deletion. Destructive tools carry destructiveHint; the
model is told to confirm with a human first.
