SupaForge is now @akal/supaforge.
This package forwards to it, so npx supaforge, existing installs and
imports keep working and keep receiving updates. To switch:
npm uninstall -g supaforge && npm install -g @akal/supaforge
# or, in a project
npm uninstall supaforge && npm install -D @akal/supaforge
and replace supaforge with @akal/supaforge in any imports.
