dsh-statusbar

tmux-style status bar. Replaces the stats line under the DSH composer.

What it does

• A blue status bar (#4176e6), flush with the page bottom, as wide as the center column.
• Left: session statistics, plus the DeepSeek balance (three-color alerts).
• Right: location, temperature, alerts and minutely precipitation, sunrise/sunset.
• Every parameter is adjustable in Settings → Appearance → Status bar.

Install

From npm:

dsh plugin add dsh-statusbar

Or manually: add dsh-statusbar to the web profile's dsh.profile.bundles, install dependencies, restart dsh web.

Usage

Open Settings → Appearance → Status bar.

Balance:

• Fill in the DeepSeek API Key once to show the balance; refreshes ~every 10 minutes.
• Threshold defaults to ¥5 and buffer to ¥15; leave empty for the defaults.
• Above threshold + buffer shows green, between threshold and buffer shows yellow, at or below threshold shows red.

Weather:

• QWeather: fast updates (~10-minute refresh), provides alerts and minutely precipitation. Needs Host, Key, and a Location ID or coordinates.
• Open-Meteo: keyless (~30-minute refresh), no alerts or minutely precipitation.
• Auto locate: after authorizing browser geolocation, requests go by coordinates — no Location ID needed.
• The weather section hides itself when no source is configured.

Privacy

• Keys live only in browser localStorage and are sent only to the official APIs.
• No data is uploaded.

Disable and uninstall

• Turn off "tmux-style" or the module switch to restore the default DSH stats line.
• Remove the package from the profile and restart to fully uninstall.

Architecture (whale-picks paradigm)

This repo is the paradigm's "service consumer + slot shadowing + network" example (spec/PARADIGM.md):

• Browser half: the stats cell of conversation.composer.dock shadows the builtin stats line with priority -1; it consumes appearance.manager (implementing the module self-descriptor: embedded whale-picks manifest + settingsSchema + getState/setState).

• Host half: registers the dsh-statusbar.settings namespace (the browser persists to localStorage for now — rc.6 gateway allowlist limitation).

• Copy: appearance-module metadata and bar text all go through the locale zh/en dictionaries (zh keeps the tmux formats byte-identical).
