# ESAKE - ECMAScript Make

## Description

Esake is a Make-like program implemented in ECMAScript. Tasks and dependencies are specified in standard ECMAScript syntax.

Esake has the following features:

* Esakefiles (Esake's version of Makefiles) are completely defined in standard ECMAScript syntax. 
* Users can specify tasks with prerequisites.
* Esake supports rule patterns to synthesize implicit tasks.
* A library of prepackaged tasks to make building esakefiles easier. 
* Supports concurrent execution of tasks.
