Since this is a private npm module, you need to log in before running this command.
If you don't know the npm credentials you can simply add it as a dependency to package.json of your project.

The RDS environment should have necessary credentials. Please open an issue if you are unable to install.
"answer-fields" should be linked in your dependent projects to enable development without releasing a new version. The steps below will create a symlink in node_modules folder of the dependent project to RDS copy of "answer-fields".
Note: This steps can be automated via runDevServer
scripts.
