An MDX plugin that exports constants from MDX files, unless the files explicitly define the specified constant. 

This plugin is used by [mdx-loader](../mdx-loader) and [mdx.macro](../mdx.macro) to implement front matter with [gray-matter](https://github.com/jonschlinkert/gray-matter).
