MCP (Model Context Protocol) server for Pylon customer support platform.

Installation

corepack enable
pnpm install
pnpm run build

Configuration

• Copy the example environment file:

  cp .env.example .env
  

• Edit .env and add your Pylon API token:

  PYLON_API_TOKEN=your_api_token_here
  

You can generate an API token from the Pylon dashboard. Note: Only Admin users can create API tokens.

Usage

With Claude Desktop

Add to your Claude Desktop configuration (~/Library/Application Support/Claude/claude_desktop_config.json on macOS):
