Versioned ABI / BCS type layouts for the AlphaLend modules on Sui mainnet.
The alphalend packages are upgradeable; struct layouts drift between package versions. This pack tracks the live layouts so decoders can pin against a known version instead of guessing field order.

For supported interpreters (CPython 3.10–3.13) a prebuilt accelerator is loaded automatically for the varint-heavy layout walks; other interpreters use the pure-Python path. Both are API-identical.
