The hls_playlist adapter is part of OpenTimelineIO's contrib adapter plugins.
This adapter supports authoring of HLS playlists within OpenTimelineIO by using clips to represent media fragments.
OpenTimelineIO and the "hls playlist" adapter are open source software. Please see the LICENSE for details.
